A brief summary of your professional career…
After studying Applied Economics in Antwerp, I started my career in the personal financial planning sector. After working in Belgium for a short period, I moved to Luxembourg and spent twelve years in the international life insurance business. Afterwards, I worked for four years at Six Payment Services/Worldline as a customer services specialist. At the beginning of this year, I got to know EuroCaution Benelux; their reactivity, professionalism and transparency are contagious and are important to me, which is why I quickly made the move to Eurocaution Benelux.
A few words about your hobbies and passions…
On the one hand, I like to spend my free time with my family and, on the other, I like to be outdoors. Cycling helps not only in discovering new places but also in relaxing and clearing one’s head.
A few words about your job and your daily tasks and your relationship with customers…
At Eurocaution Benelux I have two main tasks, as a sales support officer. A first task consists of handling files or questions coming from brokers. A quick professional answer, whether or not preceded by a phone call, helps the broker to answer possible questions in an efficient and correct way.
A second task consists of preparing files for colleagues; this involves making offers, contracts, following up missing documents, etc.
You can also ask me (commercial) questions. Depending on the question, it will be passed on internally to the correct person for a solid and professional answer.
