A brief summary of your professional track record…
After my studies, I have had jobs from hospitality to retention officer at Telenet to administrative clerk at CEWE. I have learned to deal with customers in a professional manner but also with their difficult questions. Besides the different jobs I have had, I have also attended some training courses to improve my assets (office, language,…).
At the beginning of this year 2023, EuroCaution came my way with the position of Customer Service Officer and that came at just the right time for me since my experiences and training, I also get the chance here to improve my French even more.
A word about your passions and free time
I am a real busy bee and cannot sit still very well. I play various musical instruments including guitar & ukulele. Besides making music, I also write poetry and would like to publish a book later. I do weekend crea days with my girlfriends, which means we get together to paint, play music or just do crafts. I mostly find my peace in nature or writing.
A word about your position and daily tasks and your connection with clients
At EuroCaution, I work as a Customer Service Officer, which means I am the contact for client and notary. I create and send approved guarantees and send the corresponding invoices. I also ensure that new clients have access to their Eurocaution client portal and that their profile is complete both in the portal and in our system.
