A quick overview of your career…
At the tendre age of 18, I had a great opportunity of working abroad as a personal assistant in an accounting firm. After two years of enriching encounters, I returned to Luxembourg where I pursued my career as a personal assistant. My time in Luxembourg has taught me to adapt to various professional settings and has instilled in me the discipline that is essential to being an assistant.
Tell us a bit of your passions and leisure activities…
I follow many training courses as I want to learn and evolve, both in my professional career and in my private life. So, in my private life, I follow training courses that focus on the psychological aspect: I am an active practitioner of EFT.
For my leisure activities, I love to paint, to walk in the countryside, and I also love reading and dancing.
Tell us a bit about your job, your daily tasks, and your relation to clients.
At the end of 2020, I was given the opportunity of working for the Customer Service of EuroCaution Benelux. At the Back‑Office, we are in regular contact with our clients, providing them with the best levels of support. My day-to-day work mainly has to do with mail management, helping clients over the phone or by email, and of course issuing financial guarantees of completion. And since EuroCaution is present on both the Luxembourgish and Belgian markets, I can put my talent for languages to good use.
On the other hand, I am also in a “Facility” manager, which means I handle material and other needs of our employees internally.
